Lakes Information Information is supplied by ourselves at the enquiry and confirmation of booking stages, where hard copy is sent. We have folders containing much information for guests to use during their stay. We are always glad to try answer questions during guests' stays, but often have to refer to the local TIC which is about 500m or FREEPHONE from the flats.
