Two bedroom flat (2, 3 or 4 persons) @ £65 per night
A reduction of £70 may apply where a couple takes a 2 bedroom flat and
use one,
or £35 reduction if two persons book and do require 2 bedrooms.
Early and Late Season
Deduct £50 per week in April and in October. Note Easter is charged at
high season rates.
Winter Season
£100 off. November to mid-March £225 to £295 (Xmas and New
Year are High Season)
3 and 4 Night Breaks
Short Breaks subject to availability at time of booking, usually within 21
days of start of holiday.
Long weekend 3 nights start Fridays or Satudays, and mid-week breaks start Mondays
or Tuesdays 4 nights.
Customers booking short breaks well in advance at up to 3/4 weekly rate, have
a reduction due to them
if we manage to let days they have paid for either side of their booking.
One bedroom Flat:
3 nights, £120 winter season, £195 high season, (late availability
rate)(advance rate £150 and £240)
4 nights, £160 winter season, £244 high season, (late availability
rate) (advance rate £160 and £240)
5 nights special over Christmas or New Year £275, 7 nights £325.

Two bedroom Flat:
3 nights, £150 winter season, £237 high season (late availability
rate) (advance rate £180 and £280)
4 nights, £180 winter season, £296 high season (late availability
rate) (advance rate £210 and £280)
5 nights special over Christmas or New Year £350. 6 or 7 nights £395.

Payment
Pay Deposit by Cheque. £50 per week. (overseas pay £100 deposit
for up to 2 weeks, by banker's order or personal cheque in sterling.
Balance payable on arrival, or before if preferred, or when booking within 2
weeks of start of holiday. Ask about other methods of payment too. Regret we no longer take cards.
