VACANCIES may be checked over the telephone at any time up to 10 pm or on the Internet anytime.
BOOKINGS by telephone are accepted. The booking, verbal or in writing constitutes a binding contract on both parties. These must be followed up by a deposit of £100 per week or part week. A deposit may be paid by telephone banking ,or internet banking, or by cheque. PayPal is also accepted. Online booking is available which includes a formal booking form and our Confirmation of Booking. We send hard copy too .Many customers prefer to avoid the Internet for transactions so we still do much of our business by correspondence and Royal Mail.
CANCELLATIONS will forfeit deposit, and if made within 8 weeks of holiday start date, rental must be paid for in full unless we succeed in re-letting the flat. For your protection, we strongly advise low cost cancellation insurance by our scheme. In the extremely unlikely event of our default, liability extends only to the return of deposit and assistance in finding another flat.
CHARGE normally consists of quotation plus electric units used. Our Quotation = Deposit + Balance. The Balance is payable on arrival. Electric units are metered and paid for at Eon rates on leaving. The rental charged is on the basis of the flat being left as found. Compensation is payable for any damage, breakage, stains or special cleaning problems . Where replacement, repair or special cleaning is required, this to be reported as soon as possible so that early attention both benefits current and follow-on guests.
ARRIVAL check-in time is 3:00 pm - 4:00 PM, or by arrangement. Guests arriving by train should please advise us of their arrival time and we will meet them or make arrangements for them to be met at railway station. Check-out time is 9:00 am - 10:00 am, or as arranged. We need time to thoroughly clean each flat.
FAIR DEAL: To ensure a fair deal and to assist generally in the development of a bond of confidence and goodwill between the providers of tourist accommodation and their customers, Visit Britain has a Code of Conduct which we observe. We comply with their Standards for Self-Catering Accommodation, awarding us 3 3 stars
DESCRIPTIONS in this web site, and our brochures and advertisements concerning Wycombe are accurate and written in good faith. Changes do occur, for example, as we improve the flats. Notification of these will not be given unless major facilities have to be withdrawn. Clients are welcome to check current facilities, but by prior appointment, otherwise may decide to rely with confidence on VB Grading. We cannot show people around occupied flats so advise appointments be made almost anytime in the low season, or on Saturdays between 1.00 pm and 2.00 pm. Other times during the season are possible should we have vacancies.
