Bedrooms: The Ground Floor Flat has one, the Middle and Top each have two bedrooms.
MAIN BEDROOM
Main bedrooms each have a king-size bed with fitted headboard, (or twin beds by prior arrangement). All beds have duvets as standard and made up with luxury percale linen. If preferred, the alternative to duvets is sheets with blankets, by prior arrangement. Rooms are coordinated with complementary or matching curtains. stag Minstrel bedroom suites are standard, generally comprising a large wardrobe, chest of draws, dressing table with triple mirrors, and bedside unit. Locally made Axminster carpets are standard.
Other articles generally include a include a stool, suitcase stand, Corby trousers press, framed pictures, clock-radio, ornaments, decorative lighting and colour TV with remote.
SMALL BEDROOM
The second bedroom (except for the ground floor flat which has only one,) overlooks the bay. Normally furnished with one full-size single bed, an extra full size bed can be provided by prior arrangement. Again with luxury bedding, coordinating curtains and a Goodacre Axminster carpet. Other furnishings include a chest of draws and chair. A small wardrobe is provided. Circulation space is limited when two beds are supplied, so best for up to one adult and one teen, however 2 adults may share if they wish at no extra cost.
